 BE INSTITUTIONAL  Is criticism of the very institution to which you belong bad?  Let's start at the beginning: Institutions have been created by man and seek to transcend beyond the individual and his personal projects.  It has been said, and said well, that the individual disappears, but in the meantime, the institutions prevail.  Institutions are not a place.  They do not take up space.  So what are they?  The word Institution has its etymological origin in institutio, in Latin: Education.  In the book Principles of Political Sciences, Pablo Lucas Verdú, PhD in Law from the Universities of Madrid and Bologna, defines an Institution as "the permanent, uniform and systematic consolidation of uses, conducts and ideas with means and instruments that ensure their control and fulfillment of its social function".  In this way, the institutions transcend the wills of the individuals that form them to identify with the mission that they themselves established, theoretically to

 Criticism of an institution to which you belong can be seen from different perspectives.  It is important to point out errors and deviations in search of improving and maintaining the integrity of the institution.  However, it is crucial to handle criticism internally and not publicly malign the institution or its leaders.  If an institution changes course and moves away from its original mission, it is valid to fight to recover it or consider withdrawing to become part of a more coherent entity.  Institutions that fulfill their mission are valuable and worthy of being recognized.

 When in an organization there ar e people who do not serve the entity and, instead, take advantage of it to satisfy their personal interests, it can have negative consequences for the institution and its objectives.  These people can divert the resources and focus of the organization, undermining its original function and mission.  In such situations, it is critical that the leaders and responsible members of the institution identify and address these behaviors.  Transparency, compliance with regulations and statutes, and accountability are essential to maintaining the integrity of the organization.  If corrupt or selfish practices persist and seriously affect the institution.  It is crucial to keep the focus on the well-being of the institution and protect its integrity against any misuse or manipulation.
