e people who do not serve the entity and, instead, take advantage of it to satisfy their personal interests, it can have negative consequences for the institution and its objectives.  These people can divert the resources and focus of the organization, undermining its original function and mission.

 In such situations, it is critical that the leaders and responsible members of the institution identify and address these behaviors.  Transparency, compliance with regulations and statutes, and accountability are essential to maintaining the integrity of the organization.

 If corrupt or selfish practices persist and seriously affect the institution.  It is crucial to keep the focus on the well-being of the institution and protect its integrity against any misuse or manipulation.
